Ask us before you buy, not after.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times may vary. We will contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.
What does delivery cost?
The charge is shown at checkout after you select your district.
Can I pay when the parcel arrives?
Yes. Cash on delivery is the default payment option at checkout. We will contact you to confirm the order.
Something is out of stock. When does it come back?
Usually within the month, though it depends on the item. Call +88 016 2174 7888 and we will tell you what the next shipment looks like, or put one aside for you when it lands.
Can I return something?
Contact us at +88 016 2174 7888 to discuss a return. Damaged, defective or incorrect items may qualify for a refund or replacement. See the return and cancellation policy for details.
I do not know what to buy. Can you help?
That is most of what we do. Tell us where you fish, what you are fishing for, and what you already own. Use the form above, WhatsApp us a photo, or call. If you are new to it, say so, and we will point you at a combo package rather than selling you four things that do not match.
Do you sell in quantity to clubs or shops?
Yes, on most lines. Choose "Buying in quantity" on the form above with a rough idea of what and how many, and we will come back with a price.
